Anyone who thinks that Brazil only had the 1988 Constitution is completely mistaken. Our country has had seven, that’s right, seven constitutions !!! And in this article I’m going to present all of them so that you can get to know them and, if you wish, download them.
What is Constitution?
The Constitution or Magna Carta, is a set of rules of government, often codified as a written document, which lists and limits the powers and functions of a political entity. In the case of countries, the term refers specifically to a Constitution that defines the fundamental policy, political principles, and establishes the structure, procedures, powers and rights, of a government.
